TERMSWorkflow & RevisionsClients receive a sketch and flat color screenshot during the workflow stages.Sketch stage revisions are limited to pose, angle, and smaller edits.Flat color stage allows for color adjustments and minimal line changes, like hair, face, clothing, fur.Major revisions like anatomy, background, etc. incur a +$15 fee per edit AFTER sketch approval and flat color stage.Turnaround time is estimated to be 2 to 6 weeks per piece, depending on complexity and queue length. I tend to work on 2-3 pieces at a time.Payment & RefundsFull payment must be paid upfront before I begin working on your commission.Payments plans are available upon request for orders over $100 (50/50), and smaller installments over $150.All sales final once payment is received due to the custom, made-to-order process of digital commissions.If a client cancels their commission after payment (or mid installment), I will stop working on their piece immediately.Initiating a dispute or chargeback results in a permanent ban from future commissions, public blacklisting, and loss of ownership to artwork.Please understand that I treat this as my full time job, so I can't afford to offer refunds.Usage & RightsCommerical use requires a separate commercial license (typically +100% to +200% base price)I retain the right to display all commissioned works in personal and public portfolios on social media unless a private commission fee is paid upfront.DakimakuraClients receive the digital art file(s) only.I am not responsible for shipping or manufacturing.Art dimensions are tailord to standard manufacturer sizes.
